1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tamiana, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password, and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• Household Scope: Subscriptions apply at the Household level. Only one subscription is allowed per household, giving premium ad-free benefits to all household members.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Active benefits continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds are provided for prorated periods.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Rules

The platform design, database structures, graphics, and codebase are the exclusive property of Tamiana. Recipes submitted by users remain their property, but users grant Tamiana a non-exclusive license to format, distribute, and display such recipes to other members of their household or the public (under public recipes sharing controls).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy of AI recipe suggestions, nutritional tracking, or pantry inventory sync states.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Tamiana or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
